JC I&E offers social media management services, including but not limited to:
- Content creation
- Social media strategy and planning
- Account management

- Branding and rebranding
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide all necessary information, materials, and access to accounts needed for us to deliver the services.
- Respond to requests for approvals and feedback in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all content provided by you does not violate any laws or infringe on any third-party rights.
Payment Terms: Payment for services is due as outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided to you.
Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date may incur late fees as stated in the service agreement.
Refunds: Services are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
Client-Initiated Termination: You may terminate the service agreement at any time outside of contract minimum dates by providing written notice. However, you will be responsible for any work completed up to the date of termination and any applicable cancellation fees.
Company-Initiated Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the service agreement if you breach any of these terms, fail to make payments, or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business.
Client Content: You retain ownership of all content you provide to us for use in social media management. By providing this content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute it as necessary to perform our services.
Company Content: All content created by JC I&E, including graphics, copy, and strategy documents, remains the intellectual property of JC I&E until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership will transfer to you.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any information disclosed during the course of the service agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, client lists, and proprietary methods. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
JC I&E will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided.
Our total liability for any claims related to the services will be limited to the amount paid by you for those services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JC I&E from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these terms, your use of the services, or any content provided by you.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
